Teaching and learning Environment
|
-It
is very traditional way of teaching and also having a traditional used of
instructional materials. The teacher commonly discussing the lesson in front
of the class by merely reading on the book and give explanation and examples.
The teacher is always present on the discussion and it is more on lecturing
or taking down notes. The role of the students is only by listening and
follow the instructions given by the teacher. The learning environment is
limited because it the school is not that productive compared today.
|
-The
teaching strategies of the teacher is very different to the early generations
because today’s generation is a student-centered wherein the teacher only
serve as the facilitator in the class while the students should do the
intended activities for the subject. The students should do with the guidance
of the teacher. The teacher not all times they give explanation about the lesson
but also the role of students should be the centered on the class discussion
through recitation.

lessons, that whatever is being taught by the teacher is correct. Meaning
there’s no much freedom before.
|
Learning
is achieved in many ways using different methods like problem-based method,
inquiry, OBE and the like which make the education more reliable and
conducive in learning – a better learning.
|
Assessments
|
Students
are being assessed through pen and paper method.
|
The
assessments are done through performance tasks, output method and the like.
